1. What payment methods do you accept?

3. What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made from 80% to 100% cotton.
4. How long does shipping take?
For deliveries within the EU regions, the delivery time is approximately 3 – 5 working days, which, however, depends on the processing time at customs.
5. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
6. What are your return policies?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt free of charge, provided the products are unused and in their original condition. Please note that we do not accept returns of perfumed garments. If the product is damaged or not in the shipping condition, the return cannot be accepted. Should you return the product in such cases anyway, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any shipping costs to send the product back to you.
